1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetQuickMail (getquickmail.info), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GetQuickMail provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses that allow users to receive email messages for a limited period without registration. The service is provided "as is" for convenience purposes such as avoiding spam during sign-ups, testing, and short-term verification needs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use GetQuickMail. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetQuickMail for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to the service for any user or activity we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. No Account, No Guarantee of Delivery

GetQuickMail does not require an account and does not guarantee delivery, retention, or availability of any specific email address or message. Temporary addresses and their contents are automatically deleted after a short period (approximately 10 minutes) and cannot be recovered once expired.

6. Not Suitable for Sensitive Communications

GetQuickMail is intended for short-term, low-sensitivity use cases only. You should not use temporary email addresses for receiving sensitive personal data, financial account recovery, legal notices, or any communication where loss of access could cause harm. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of a temporary address for such purposes.

7. Third-Party Advertising

The service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks to support free operation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers or the websites they link to.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetQuickMail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetQuickMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The GetQuickMail name, logo, and website design are the property of GetQuickMail. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
